Jagoda Potoczna, Founder
Jagoda brings 12 years of experience in the IT industry, including managerial positions at leading corporations like Hewlett-Packard Enterprise and HP.
She possesses extensive expertise in workshop facilitation and team management, regularly conducting training sessions both internally and in collaboration with external partners such as the University of Economics as part of the Digital Competencies Program, HPE Academy, and Mentoring for Students.
Jagoda holds a degree in Philology with pedagogical qualifications from the University of Wrocław, and a postgraduate diploma in Coaching with elements of psychology from Wyższa Szkoła Kształcenia Zawodowego. Personally, she actively supports her three sons in entering the digital world mindfully, ensuring a healthy balance between online and offline life.
Kasia Lechki, Coach
Ania is a dedicated consultant, trainer, and facilitator with a strong expertise in Learning & Development, coaching, and psychology. With over 15 years of international experience including companies like Google, she has focused on supporting startups in recent years. In addition to running individual projects, she collaborated with numerous acceleration programs, including those organized by Google for Startups, Huge Thing, and PARP. She also serves as a mentor to founders on the Growth Mentor platform.
Ania is passionate about technology and how people can effectively interact with it to maintain or even improve both their well-being and efficiency. Her training and mentoring sessions cover topics such as goal setting, team and personal effectiveness, self-management, and fostering a continuous learning culture. She believes that strong listening skills and asking the right questions are crucial for growth, both as an individual and as a business.
